Please contact us with your full name, order number and correct address. However, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the address whilst the package is in transit.

If your order has not been dispatched yet we should be able to cancel it. However, if your order has been dispatched we cannot cancel while it is in transit. Once the package is delivered we can then arrange for a return. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us with your full name and order number as soon as possible.
Promo codes can be entered during the checkout stage. Simply enter your promo code in the box where it says ‘Gift card or discount code’ and click ‘apply’. The total amount will be recalculated and updated.
Payments made on our online store are processed in US dollars. It is possible to view product prices in other currencies by using the currency finder (located at the top right hand corner of the website). However, when you complete your order at the checkout the payment will be processed in US dollars.

Standard shipping prices are calculated according to the weight of your order and they are automatically calculated at the checkout. You will be able to see the shipping charges before confirming your order. We offer free standard delivery on orders over USD $75 to most countries!
We offer courier shipping to some countries including South Africa, Brazil, China, Hong Kong and India. Please note this option requires a signature upon delivery so please do not give a PO BOX address when choosing courier shipping.

In most cases orders are delivered within 14 business days. However, deliveries to some destinations (especially locations outside the EU) can take longer than 14 business days as the orders are being dispatched from Dublin, Ireland.

Yes, as well as standard shipping we offer an express shipping service which is useful for when you need to receive your order as soon as possible. Express shipping prices range from $8 to $35 and the price depends on which country the goods are being shipped to. There is a possibility that the goods you order may be subject to import taxes and customs duty. These charges depend on the country into which the goods are being delivered to. The customer is responsible for any import charges. We advise you to check with your local customs office/citizen information centre before placing your order.
We hope that you absolutely love and enjoy your new Inkspo products! Please notify us if there is any shortage or damage of goods within 72 hours of receipt of goods. If for some reason you are not satisfied please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Customers can return goods once Inkspo has been notified via email and the return is made within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Goods being returned must also be in the same condition as when delivered including original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items unless the items have been damaged.
We will provide you with instructions on where to send return goods. Customers are advised to get proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Once a return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the status of your refund.
Our standard returns terms and conditions apply, however in addition we are extending our returns policy for the Christmas season. Items purchased from the 15th October 2017 can be returned up until the 15th January 2018. All of our sunglasses come in one size only. However, if they are too wide for your face there is a way to adjust them so that they fit your face better. Please contact us via our Instagram @inkspo and we will send you a video showing you how to adjust your sunglasses.
Our temporary metallic tattoos are inspired by beautiful jewellery and iconic tattoos. Wearing these tattoos will definitely make you stand out from the crowd! The tattoos add some sparkle to any outfit – they are perfect for every day wear, a night out on the town and they add that special something to any festival outfit.
After you have enjoyed an event with your temporary tattoos on, we recommend removing them to allow your skin to breathe. Apply baby oil, olive oil or coconut oil to your skin with a cotton pad. Leave the cotton pad on your skin for a minute before gently scrubbing your tattoos off. Moisturise the area afterwards to help soothe your skin and keep it soft.
Yes, our tattoos are safe to use on skin. However, we do not recommend using them for anyone who is under 3 years of age, allergic to adhesives or pregnant. Avoid application on sensitive skin/close to the eye area.
