We hope that you absolutely love and enjoy your new Inkspo product! Please notify us if there is any shortage or damage of goods within 72 hours of receipt of goods. If for some reason you are not satisfied please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Customers can return goods once Inkspo has been notified via email and the return is made within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Goods being returned must also be in the same condition as when delivered including original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items unless the items have been damaged.
For returns please email email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send return goods. Customers are advised to get proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Once a return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the status of your refund.Thank you!
